Accessibility

At Redeia, we firmly believe that all people, regardless of their disabilities, must be able to access, with equal conditions, the web services that Redeia provides to the general public. To this end, since 2007 we have been constantly striving to offer accessible websites that users can use, with no access difficulties.

Accessibility plan

The accessibility guidelines cover three levels of accessibility:

• Level A: is a basic requirement for some groups of users. Failure to comply would prevent some people from accessing the information.
• Level AA: the goal is to eliminate significant barriers to access. Failure to comply could complicate access to the information for some people.
• Level AAA: improves accessibility, but failure to comply would not prevent users from accessing the information.
